Basic system
DocSys Explorer
Similarly to Windows Explorer this consists of a tree structure with folders (left) and an overview of models available for the user. From DocSys Explorer you can also retrieve the use and management information for the house style.
Clip Assistant
This enables you to manage images in Windows directory’s and add photos and images in all DocSys Office modules.
Contact Manager
This enables you to indicate from which personal systems and central systems DocSys may use the contact information (for example, own contacts from Outlook or Microsoft-CRM).
Document Handler
This component is not visible to the user. It handles the integration with other systems, which means that you do not have to enter or retype any data. The features are also saved automatically in Office and SharePoint, making it easy for you to retrieve documents.
Office Toolbar Manager
Placing all permitted functions in a house-style ribbon saves you familiarisation and training time in Office migrations. The icons and background functions remain identical for the user.
Central Tray Manager
This enables you to set which tray belongs to which paper type for every printer. The models also adjust colours and images for the paper type selected.
