The National Service for Culture Heritage

Posted on in the category News

The National Service of Archaeology, Cultural Landscape and Monuments has changed to National Service for National Heritage. Not only the name has been changed, the service also got a new Government-wide house style.  From Monday the 11th of May, all employees can easily apply this in all Word documents using the DocSys.Web application.

During the process of converting the documents to the new house style, they also cleaned out the current system which lead to less house styles to maintain than in the old situation.

Outlook Signature

With this change to the new house style, the employees have the possibility to simply create one or  more signatures in Outlook, and to save this in their own chosen name. Not only convenient for the employees, but it contributes to a consistent use of the house style of the outgoing e-mails.
