DocSys.Web® at Consumer Authority

Posted on in the category News

The Consumer Authority started the new year with the introduction of the national house-style and DocSys.Web was taken into use simultaneously.
A complete set of Word house-style models (letter, fax, agenda, report, etc.) is available within DocSys.Web, which means that both the internal and external house-style will be applied uniformly.

The Impression module is also integrated into DocSys.Web for presentations. In combination with the Slide Assistant this is a vital aid for creating presentations that meet all stringent house-style rules in a flash. The employees can concentrate on the contents and can trust that the house-style rules are applied automatically.

About the national house-style

The new image is the result of the national house-style that all national government organisations must use. The goal of a single house-style is to make the national government more recognisable and accessible for the public and companies. The cabinet also expects that costs will be saved because the development and management of one house-style is cheaper than developing and managing more than 200 different styles.
