Antares develops printed material independently
At Antares, clients are paramount. But attention is focused on more than just clients. Good living conditions for everyone is a social responsibility. An organisation under development wants to look to the future, but it also looks back occasionally. Antares improves its services and policy through evaluation.
This is why a file-oriented management system was implemented in which the document layout is arranged by DocSys. Writer and Impress and correct printing by the Central Tray Manager. This process improvement enables work to be carried out faster and in a more client-oriented manner.
Antares constantly adapts its policy to socially relevant developments, for example illegal marijuana cultivation in rented houses. This policy is rapidly converted into brochures by the DocSys Publish module. As Antares alters these communication expressions regularly a great deal is saved on the costs of DTP, printing and throughput time (you must publish policy before you apply it).
For us it was primarily the ease with which you create and check simple printing work, that was the decisive reason to take this step. The default pattern suffices for the great majority of the communication. Naturally, that a real default is being used takes getting used to, but there are significant advantages in terms of time and money.Marian Wijnen, Communication advisor Antares
