Improvement scheme applied dynamically by Holmatro
The international growth of Holmatro prompted the marketing and communication department to clarify the identity of Holmatro in all of its communication. Internal approval for this improvement scheme was obtained for the opening of the Chinese office.
Due to the tight timeline, the suppliers were given one week to submit a tender and one month to have the house style operational at all offices (also in China).
The Holmatro house style was harmonised and configured in DocSys for Word, PowerPoint, e-mail signatures and electronic newsletters. Links were also created with the ERP-LN Enterprise Resource Planning package in order to reduce the work performed by clients. Intelligent role and function filters make the generation of mailings simple.
Appointing local content managers makes it simple to ‘localise’ all content. This simplifies correct language use in text blocks, screen and help texts because it is literally arranged in the knowledge base.
We are very happy that DocSys is also used by our international colleagues. This optimisation gives the international recognisability of Holmatro more potency. Holmatro is the largest producer of high-pressure hydraulic tools in the World, with production facilities in the Netherlands and the United States, and sales offices in the UK, China and Poland. Holmatro employs more than 300 staff.
The Holmatro group consists of three market divisions: Holmatro Rescue Equipment produces hydraulic rescue tools for organisations including the fire service, the army and rescue organisations. Holmatro Industrial Equipment produces hydraulic lifting, bending, pulling and cutting tools for industrial applications and Holmatro Marine Equipment specialises in hydraulic parts for modern and classic yachts.
