DocSys links intelligent HRM correspondence book to PeopleSoft at KPN
KPN has outsourced its HR service centre to Logica. Logica handles HR and Payroll tasks in the Peoplesoft HRM system and the communication directed towards the KPN employees.
DocSys links an intelligent and maintenance friendly correspondence book to the client’s HRM system (for KPN this is Peoplesoft). It also offers all of the advantages of the DocySys.Web system, which enables the brands of KPN (Telfort, XS4ALL and iBasis) to use the same text blocks.
The correspondence book is intelligent because you can include logic in the text blocks. This translates manual selections or data from the central HRM system to the correct test blocks. It is maintenance friendly because default documents are in fact ‘hyperlinks’ between text blocks and models. This saves you a lot of work when CLAs or laws are amended.
KPN and Logica have made clear agreements on response times and correct handling. DocSys.HRM is a part of the solution and the process that creates this service level.
